Cancellation & Refund Policy

 

Guest satisfaction is our top priority. That’s why we offer a flexible cancellation and refund policy:

  • Cancellations made at least 15 days before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.

  • If less than 15 days remain before the check-in date, refunds are not available. However, date changes may be possible depending on availability.

  • Date changes are allowed only once and must be within the same price range.
